I teach Russian, Portuguese, and sometimes English. I studied languages myself and I understand that it can be very difficult to start speaking. We don’t know what the norms are in other languages and other countries. That's why the help of a native speaker is always important.

In lessons I use teaching materials, but I try to practice communication more. It depends on the age and goals of the students. I consider live communication to be the most important in learning languages. I have studied languages myself through practice, so I understand how difficult it can be to start speaking. Completing written assignments independently is always encouraged.
