Responsibilities: Technical Sales of all kind of bearings and mechanical parts, including Flender ones.
Support sales of the company's products and solutions by using technical knowledge;
Management of customer-supplier relationship, keeping fulfillment and competitiveness.
2010 to 2015 (5 years): SIEMENS Mechanical Drives (I-PD-MD-CS) in Brazil and in Germany (Voerde).
Responsibilities: Application, external Sales, and Service of all kind of Flender gearboxes and couplings.
Technical support for sales, purchase, production, quality, and field service departments;
Coordination of engineering procedures, quality standards, and operating instructions.
2001 to 2009 (9 years): FLENDER (up 2005: SIEMENS Mechanical Drives) in Brazil and in Germany.
Responsibilities: Application, Engineering, Sales and Service of all kind of gearboxes and couplings.
Technical support for sales, CNC manufacture, assembly, quality, and test bench areas;
Design of mechanical systems, as their material, lubrication, and thermal requirements;
Conception and analyze of mechanical drawings in accordance to fabrication standards;
Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) system for defining suitable tolerances;
Preparation of spreadsheets of material and manufacture costs to establish selling prices.
