About Tahsina
I am a scientist. I previously tutored 3 GCSE students for science, which they successfully passed. I hold a Masters degree in Infection and Immunity and a Bachelors degree in Microbiology. I have developed extensive practical knowledge from working on different projects during my degree including bacteriology and immunology. Furthermore, I successfully completed a summer internship program at the Manchester Institute of Biotechnology.

I am looking to tutor students from grade 8 up to the first year of university who loves science. I acknowledge that every individual has a different approach to studying therefore I am open to different methods of studying. The primary studying structure I follow consists of grouping and mapping topics so that they are easy to understand and remember. These are often visually accompanied by diagrams and mind maps to further enhance understanding. I base my classes on understanding the basic principles before jumping into the details as it helps create a strong foundation.
