About Alexandre
I approach my coaching work with structure, integrity and respect. I have a background in psychology and several years of experience in wellness environments, group facilitation and one-on-one support. I combine academic knowledge with practical experience. My own life journey has also shaped the way I work. Coming from experiences that required resilience, discipline, and personal rebuilding, I understand what it means to make intentional changes and take responsibility for growth. This perspective allows me to support clients with authenticity and grounded guidance.
Today, I am focused on helping others build discipline, healthy habits, and confidence through clear structure and practical steps.
My sessions are organized, goal-oriented, and based on confidentiality, professionalism and human connection.
I believe in continuous learning and ethical practice and I am committed to supporting each student in a reliable and structured way. ^^

Through both professional experience and my own life journey, I learned that real change begins with structure, responsibility and daily habits.
I am here to work human to human with people who want to change something in their lives, rebuild their direction and create a stronger future for themselves.
My approach is grounded, respectful and authentic. There is no judgment and no pressure, only honest conversation and practical steps forward.
I believe that discipline builds self-respect and self-respect builds confidence. Together we focus on creating simple routines and sustainable habits that support long-term growth.
