About Nic

With over 15 years of corporate experience and 2 years of coaching clients across the US, Asia, and beyond, I bring both proven expertise and genuine care to every session. I’m a certified life coach, hypnosis practitioner and energy healer, and my work blends practical strategies with powerful mindset and healing tools to create lasting results. My clients trust me for my professionalism, integrity, and ability to create a safe, non-judgmental space where they can explore, grow, and achieve their goals. You can be confident that you’ll receive guidance that is tailored, compassionate, and backed by years of real-world success helping people transform their lives.

About the lesson

My Approach & Methodology:
I believe true transformation happens when we work on both the mind and the heart. My sessions combine life coaching, hypnotherapy, and energy healing to help you release what’s holding you back and step into your full potential. Each session is a safe, supportive space where we explore your goals, uncover hidden patterns, and create practical, sustainable steps toward the life you truly want.

Lesson Length:
Most sessions are 60 minutes, giving us enough time to go deep while keeping the focus clear and actionable. For more complex breakthroughs, we can extend sessions to 90 minutes.

Qualifications & Experience:
With over 15 years of corporate experience, I help high-performing executives to individuals rebuilding after personal challenges by bringing a unique mix of professional skill, intuitive guidance, and deep compassion.
I’m certified in life coaching, hypnosis and energy healing and have guided clients through powerful mindset and life shifts.

Who My Services Are For:
I work with adults of all ages who are ready to change their story—whether that means gaining confidence, finding clarity, healing from past pain, or achieving bold new goals. If you’re ready for real change, I’ll be your guide, accountability partner and biggest cheerleader.

Nic's response
Liza was very clear with what she wanted out of the session. She was very transparent with her backstory and her goals. She did not hold back when asked about certain questions that may seem uncomfortable at first. Overall, it was a very good first session. I look forward to helping and guiding Liza as she transitions over into her new career!
