About Sakina
I am a CTF certified professional coach, with experience working with teenagers and young adults. I am dedicated towards helping students and young people navigate challenges, build confidence and unlock their potential. I believe that every student has unique strengths and the ability to achieve more than they realize. I am passionate towards guiding students in achieving their full potential and moving forward with purpose. As a young certified coach, I bring a fresh perspective and genuine understanding of the pressures, uncertainties and opportunities faced by young people today. Through my sessions I aspire to build meaningful connections and create a space where people can feel heard and understood.

My coaching approach is supportive and collaborative, concentrating on holistic personal growth. I aim to guide clients towards achieving meaningful goals, while building confidence and developing self awareness. I am passionate about youth wellbeing and want to help students manage their academic stress, improve motivation and develop an effective study-life balance. Through active listening, powerful questioning, and encouragement, I provide a safe space without judgement where clients can explore their strengths, gain clarity and create positive changes in their lives. Together, we can work on goal setting, productive time management, self-belief, and overcoming challenges that affect academic performance and personal wellbeing.
