About Ryan
I used to be a doormat. I spent much of my younger life feeling bad for myself.
I slid into relationships by default because the other person showed an interest in me, instead of actively choosing them for myself.
I settled for jobs because they were available instead of going for the work that I loved or wanted.
I attended the first university that I applied to, in my hometown, instead of going to the university of my dreams.
I thought I was an opportunist, but in reality, I was passive.
That is, until I learned how to develop my own sovereignty. By developing my own emotional intelligence and self-compassion, I learned to take my own life by the horns and live the life of my own choosing, not the one I defaulted into, or that someone else chose for me.
I hope to foster such similar transformations for my clients.

Transformational coaching uses Socratic questioning to identify and shift your limiting beliefs that, at one time, developed for a particular reason that was necessary, but are no longer serving you, and now secretly sabotage you in the background of your life.
Depending on your goals, we'll talk about where you want to be and what's standing in your way.
Some example goals might include:
- goal planning & milestone objectives
- building routines, daily habits, confidence, personal organization
- career alignment
- relationship dynamics
- life overhaul
I'll ask you some questions and, together, we'll dig into the heart of the matter and examine what's holding you back. If we've both done our jobs well, you'll be ready to take your next step when we're done.
