About Aino
I am a certified life coach (International Coaching Certification 2017, Growthroom).
In addition, in my work I have worked in human-oriented planning and service design tasks and as a team leader. These experiences have also been helpful in considering and guiding people in different life situations and with different goals.
I am empathetic by nature and my great motivation is to develop myself as well as to offer my skills so that as many people as possible can reach their full potential both at work, in relationships and in other areas of life.

The coaching I offer is a method and process that uses the right kind of questions to develop, challenge, support and empower the coachee so that s/he can reach her/his full potential.
In a typical coaching session, we go through your life situation and identify the most important development areas for you. After that, we set goals to strive for, come up with solutions to your challenges, and record the steps you will take next.
Coaching is suitable for you if you are not sure what you should focus on in the future, faced with big decicions, going through changes, or need time to think about developing some aspect of your life.
Coaching is not therapy, consulting or training.

Aino is an enthusiastic language teacher who wants to make language learning relevant for you. She is very thorough in explaining grammar points and a nice person to practice speaking with.
Aino's way of teaching is quite unique. She uses interactive methods while teaching which makes the student learn faster.
She is patient as has a positive attitude towards teaching.
