I am passionate about living and leading a balanced and happy life.
I believe the only way we can create and achieve our goals is by learning to love ourselves and to love what we already have. I am a clinical psychology graduate, I am a Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher and I practice and teach vipassana and mindfulness meditation.

We all have goals, and most of us feel we can't achieve these goals. This barrier is FEAR. Fears we've created from unresolved parts of our childhood, our conditioning, and living our lives unawakened. We will work on reconditioning and undoing everything that holds us back from being all loving, goal orientated, free and creative.
We will have an open conversation, discovering layers of yourself that are hindering your own beautiful potential, healing through exploration, self reflection, acceptance and by setting goals to create positive steps toward a better life for yourself and for those who you love.
