About Sara
I am a 28 year old Irish girl with a passion for helping people in any way I can. Professionally, I've worked as a Women's Health and Paediatric Physiotherapist where I helped pregnant women and babies, made a career change into Project Management and Consulting where I worked with organisations to enhance their employee's capabilities and experience at work, completed my life coaching certificate during lockdown, and recently completed my yoga teacher training in Bali.
Personally, at age 24 I experienced a 'quarter life crisis' which sent me on a path of self discovery, healing, and personal development. I went from experiencing low self esteem, delayed grief, anxiety, unhealthy lifestyle habits, and feeling lost, to now feeling positive, healthy, confident and quitting my corporate job to pursue my dream of travelling the world.

I offer private 1-to-1 virtual sessions via Zoom plus ongoing chat support via Whatsapp/Voxer so that my clients always feel guided and supported.
I understand that everyone is different and every single situation, problem, and goal is different and that is why I offer a tailored approach to all my clients. I will work with you to gain a deep understanding of where you are currently in your life and where you aspire to be, and create a bespoke plan to help you get there that is realistic to you and your specific needs.
I will share all of the knowledge and experience I have gained throughout my own journey personally and working with others so that you can skip all the trial and error and get straight to your desired outcome.
