About Tholakele Millicent
I am Tholakele Millicent Mthembu. Residing here in Carletonville town. May you please call me Phumi. I have always loved to be a midwife as I love pregnant moms and have always loved learning a lot about pregnancy. Once there's a pregnant mom near me, I would always ask them how they are feeling, what their worst moments are, what they are craving, even their weirdest cravings. Those are the questions not just anyone asks about. I was also a Flourish mom and I have learned a lot even though I am not a first-time mom. I was also interested in taking the experience I had and sharing it with my community members. I am happy to say I am the first Flourish host in Carletonville. I am looking forward to sharing all the experiences with pregnant moms in Carletonville and outside. There's a lot we talk about during our sessions. 10 sessions and each session has a different topic.

As a host, I am trained to help you do pregnancy stretches and breathing exercises. We know during pregnancy we do get stressed; maybe you were never ready for the baby or you never thought you could be pregnant after your worst experience. I am here to help you calm your stress with the breathing exercises and pregnancy stretches. I offer them online at the moment. You can also get the full experience of what I am doing by joining my Flourish Antenatal classes, where a community of moms gathers to share experiences, share laughter, cry together, not forgetting sharing the pregnancy journey together.
