About Linda

My name is Linda and I live in New Hampshire with my family and our many animals. We have two cats named Thor and Winnie, a dog named Loki, and a bunny named Snowflake. I graduated from a local University in 2013 with a Bachelor's of science degree in community health and sustainability, and in 2015 with a Master's of science degree in healthcare informatics and management. I worked in healthcare for over thirteen years before changing careers back to what I have always loved - teaching! I have numerous years of experience within day cares, tutoring, private schools, public charters, and public schools within my area. I am now proud to say that I am a graduate with my Master's degree in elementary education and have completed my switch of career to help students!

About the lesson

I am a very flexible teacher and tutor. I offer many different ways to present material(s) to help my students learn in the best ways that they can. Every student learns differently and even at different paces. I always meet the student where they are at, and build as we go with what works for my students. I love to teach reading to the littlest learners, writing to the older students, and love discussing literature and books with my students. I also offer test prep help with reading/writing for those who are taking the SATs, PraxisCORE, and I offer resume help as well.
