About Ricardo León
I am a Bachelor of Physical Education student at the University of Antioquia, I am currently in my last semester. I have worked with the university on exercise programs for disease prevention and health promotion. I have also been trained to work on processes to improve body composition (lose weight, gain muscle mass).

My methodology depends on the age and objective of the person I accompanied. Health care is always a priority, therefore training can vary according to the individual needs of each person. It begins with an initial evaluation to better understand the state and physical condition of the person. Then the training is planned according to the days available and the objectives to be achieved. Lose weight, gain muscle mass, improve energy and health levels, improve abilities such as strength, endurance, flexibility, improve in some sport, etc. In special population such as children, the elderly, pregnant mothers, training usually has already defined objectives to improve or maintain the physical conditions of the person.

- Charlye es una persona muy amable, debido a un percance ajeno a los dos no pudimos vernos para la sesión agendada. Si embargo, su novio estaba también interesado en las clases. Ya con él se tuvo la clase de prueba y se programo un plan de clases.Ricardo León's response :
Perfect! Ricardo es un excelente entrenador! Nuestras clases son diferentes cada vez y nos empujan a mejorar nuestro estado fisico. Siempre esta preparado, es paciente y muy amable. Lo recomiendo 100%
- Con Karen todas las clases han sido de forma virtual. Los entrenamientos son en casa y se hacen con el objetivo de mejorar la condición física y salud. Ella es muy amable y gentil. Al iniciar le recomendé conseguir material básico para entrenar en casa (bandas de resistencia y un par de mancuernas). Su esposo también se sumo a los entrenamientos y ambos entrenan 3 veces a la semana.Ricardo León's response :

Excelente profesor. Siempre explica muy bien el por qué de los ejercicios e intenta adaptarlos al nivel de uno.
Tomé dos niveles con él cuando ingresé a la universidad a estudiar natación. Es muy buen profesor, explica muy bien, explica las técnicas con ejemplos y repite las veces que sea necesario, se hace entender, le hace a uno las correcciones y le ayuda a que uno mejore, yo ya había tomado clases en otra parte con una profesora pero la verdad no era tan clara y detallada para que uno entendiera.
El Profe Ricardo, es un profe dedicado y disciplinado he aprendido mucho en sus clases.
Excelente profesor, explica super bien. Lo conocí en un curso de natación en la UdeA y me gustó mucho su metodología, es paciente y sabe guiarlo a uno para aprender desde lo más básico a lo avanzado. Muy recomendado.
