I am a level 3 yoga instructor and a regular practitioner. The day I started practicing I found the purpose of my life. I am able to channelize and store my energy where and when required. The byproduct of practicing is good health. It teaches you discipline, reality of life, connects yourself deeply within and grows patience.

Introduction to Yoga philosophy, Ayurveda and yogic diet for health.
Classes will include therapy based asanas for inner healing. Mental relaxation and cleansing practices for body detoxification. Pranayama and meditation for concentration and breath awareness. Yoga is an art of experience if practiced correctly bestows (mental & physical )stability, strength, good health and lightness.
