About Misha
Hi, I'm Misha and I'm currently a sixth form student studying Biology, Chemistry and Maths. I'm hoping to apply for Medicine, so science and maths are subjects I'm really passionate about.
I achieved strong GCSE grades in these subjects and because I've taken my GCSEs relatively recently, I remember the challenges students face and the techniques that helped me succeed. I also understand how stressful exams can feel, especially when a student lacks confidence.
I wanted to start tutoring because I enjoy helping others learn and gain confidence in subjects they find difficult. I know that sometimes hearing an explanation from someone closer to your age can make concepts feel more approachable. My aim would be not only to improve grades but also to help students feel more confident and comfortable with the subject

I recently completed my GCSEs and achieved high grades in Biology, Chemistry and Maths, so the content is still very fresh in my mind. I understand the areas students often struggle with because I was studying the same specifications not long ago. My approach would be to identify the topics your child finds most difficult, explain the concepts clearly, work through examples together and then practise exam-style questions to build confidence and exam technique
