I have a passion for gymnastics - it was so important to me growing up. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing your gymnasts improve and develop their skills over time. Strength and conditioning are essential for gymnastics and can be improved from the comfort of your own home.

I was a gymnast for 18 years, competing regularly as a child and teenager. At 16 I began training to be a coach and since then progressed to teaching up to elite level. I am offering online coaching to improve strength and flexibility skills required for gymnastics.
