About Lee
I am a friendly teacher who enjoys interacting with people of all ages, especially children, because they have a growth mindset and creative, captivating ideas that inspire me. I believe students should also take responsibility for their own learning and develop self-discipline, rather than relying entirely on their tutor. My role is to guide, encourage, and support them while helping them become independent and confident learners.

My tutoring method is to explain every concept as simply as possible, like teaching a three-year-old, before gradually building up to the proper academic and exam-level explanation. I focus on explaining what happens, why it happens, and how each step connects, rather than encouraging memorisation. I also use examples, visualisation, comparisons, common mistakes, and progressively harder questions to ensure the student can understand, apply, and explain the concept independently.
