About Maire
I am a practising Artist and Designer. I have a BA Hons in Textile and Surface design from the Norwich University of the Arts . I specialise in sustainable design and in the ancient art of Japanese Practice of Shibori .
I have a French Baccalauréat , completed in France , home for 21 years, in Marketing and Commerce which gives me a business edge and a head for numbers .
I have tutored Art, French, English and History to all levels and ages for the past 15 years with great results at GCSE , A Level and Graduate level.
I have a student centred approach which means we learn together at the student’s pace .
I have exhibited at the V&A and at the Sainsburys Centre for Visual Arts.
