About Kaffy
I am a medical student/ I work part-time as a teacher in a primary school. I have dealt with a series of cases of depression, anxiety, self-doubt etc. Being a medical student myself, it is easy to abandon my health and well-being and just be buried in books. I have taken a lot of practice and read a lot self development books so I am quite experienced in this field.
