About Alessandra
I am a Music Performance major at the University of Utah and I am currently studying with the piccolo player of the Utah Symphony. I have been playing for about 16 years. I have attended music institutes and camps throughout my life one of which being Interlochen. I have been teaching for about a year now.

I love teaching beginner to intermediate flutists. In the past, I have only taught middle schoolers to high schoolers but open to anyone that wants to learn! In the first lesson, I like to get a general understanding of how much my students know about reading music, theory, etc., and go from there. I assign and give scans of warm-ups, pieces, and duets to prepare for each week. My goal is to get my students to play every day even if it's only for 10 minutes.

I also offer half an hour flute lessons for $15 that I recommend for younger students. If the lesson is canceled the day of, you will still have to pay for the lesson.
