I was a shy person for a long time and could not stand up for myself or speak with confidence to a gathering.
An extramural course in Method Acting opened up a new world for me. I learned how to use the diaphragm muscle to regulate my breathing and to appear relaxed even when shivering inside,
Now I could share my years of learning with others. I could interview with confidence on my reporting job in media.

The course is divided into 10 Modules each starting with relaxation exercises and breathing techniques building up to acquiring self-confidence and proficiency in communicating.
