Lecturer from University of Bath, teaching Politics and Arabic - IELTS tutor with Taleb

I really enjoyed my lessons with Taleb. I was a complete beginner and we quickly covered the alphabet and the core gramatical topics like verb conjugation in the present tense and adjective agreement. Taleb was keen for me to get my pronunciation correct from the beginning and encouraged me to speak and write the language during lessons and in my own time. I learnt a lot about the Arabic speaking world during our lessons as well.

I've learned Arabic with Taleb for over 4 years. We did some face to face lessons early on and since then I have done lessons online with him. He is a patient and encouraging teacher. With his support I've improved my confidence in conversational Arabic, and my comprehension in listening and reading. He adapts to my interests to encourage enthusiasm for learning. I enjoy his lessons and the discussions and insights that come through lessons too. I happily and highly recommend him to anyone wishing to improve their Arabic.
