I am a Learning Specialist with 20 years of experience working with children with learning differences. I am also a certified Orton-Gillingham teacher in Math, Reading, and Writing. I have a Master's Degree in Special Education, BA in Linguistics and Psychology, as well as an ESL Teaching Certificate. I am also a certified Self-Esteem coach. I make my classes engaging and fun and I am very good at breaking down the most complex information and presenting it to the students in step-by-step manageable pieces. I also use different multi-sensory teaching techniques in order to reach students with very different learning styles.

Perfect! Izabela is truly amazing! My son struggles with dyslexia and often has difficulty retaining information. However, Izabela has a unique way of explaining and teaching math that makes it easy for him to grasp. She also provides effective strategies to help him retain what he learns.
