About Kashish
Hello! I’m Kashish, and I’m passionate about helping school students understand Yoga theory in a simple and easy-to-remember way.
I scored 100 marks in Yoga in Class 12, which gave me a strong understanding of the subject and its important concepts. I believe that theory becomes much easier when it is explained clearly instead of being learned through rote memorization.
My online classes are friendly, interactive and focused on understanding the syllabus, clearing doubts and preparing effectively for exams. I aim to create a comfortable learning environment where students can ask questions freely and learn at their own pace.

My teaching approach is simple, clear and student-friendly. I focus on helping students understand Yoga theory rather than just memorising answers.
I explain each topic step-by-step in easy language and cover important concepts, definitions, principles and exam-relevant topics. I also use examples and regular revision to make difficult topics easier to understand and remember.
A typical class starts with a quick revision of the previous topic, followed by explanation of the new concept. Towards the end, I revise the key points and discuss important questions that can help with exam preparation.
I scored 100 marks in Yoga in Class 12, so I understand the importance of clear concepts and effective exam preparation. My classes are mainly intended for school students who want help with Yoga theory, understanding their syllabus and preparing confidently for their exams.
Classes are conducted online, with a comfortable and interactive learning environment where students can ask questions and clarify their doubts.
