About Joan
I am a retired IT Manager and Revenue Accounting Manager and have worked with suppliers in English-speaking countries for 40 years, participated in contract negotiations and contract drafting, have taught my own employees business English. I work based on "show - repeat - try - feedback". Feedback is given in the form of examples, which are then used in the correct context.
