About Jesslyn
I am an artist, designer, and calligrapher based in KL. I have taught students and adults brush lettering over the years since 2015, learning the different approaches each one has for handwriting and develop their skills from where they’re at. I appreciate handwriting because it is personal and an expression of your being, and a simple handwritten note can make someone’s day!

I will first get to know your interest and goals in learning brush lettering, understand if you have any previous experience in calligraphy or cursive writing, show the fundamentals of brush lettering including type of tools and materials, hand positioning, and provide my brush lettering worksheets with directions and compositional tips to learn on the spot and practice as a take-home kit.
