Theoretical practical classes, history of cocktails, families of cocktails, techniques of preparation of cocktails, new trends tools, classification of cocktails, types of cocktails, social responsibility, clasification of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, distilled spirits and fermeneted beverages. Preparation of 20 I.B.A. cocktails. 80% practical, 20% theorical. Every student has its own bar station.
