About Harish
I was initiated into Music due to musical influences on me from my early childhood. My Father was an accomplished Flute player and My uncle Pt. Ratilal Bhavsar was an excellent vocalist. I received my initial training of Tabla at the age 13 from Shree. Suresh Kulkarni from Amalner in District Jalgaon. Also, I continued my further studies from Shree Jayant Naik an A-Grade artist of A.I.R -Jalgaon. As Shree Jayant Naik is a Disciple of Pt. Suresh Talwalkar, on his suggestion, I am receiving my training under the guidance of Pt. Suresh Talwalkar from 1991-till date. I am also receiving guidance from Shree Ramdas Palsule who is a senior most student of Panditji.

I gave my first performance at Amalner in the year 1988 as an accompanist to Kathak. Also, I have performed in Rashtrapati Bhavan as a part of N.C.C cadet in the year 1989. In 1990 I have performed on Doordarshan- Mumbai in Yuva Darshan. I am regularly accompanying a renowned Vocalist Dr. Vikas Kashalkar of Gwalior Gharana and Shree Hemant Pendse a Disciple of Pandit Jitendra Abhishekiji. I have also accompanied with Kathak Dancers like Smt. Manisha Sathe a Disciple of Gopi Krishna and Shambhavi Vaze a Disciple of Smt. Manisha Sathe and Pandit Suresh Talwalkar.
