About SERGE
I’m a native Swahili speaker with over 15 years of experience in interpretation, translation, and teaching. Based in the United States, I’ve been helping learners master Swahili since 2010 through engaging, practical, and results-focused lessons.
My teaching method combines clear theory with real-life conversation practice, allowing my students to start exchanging words and sentences confidently after just a few sessions. I focus on communication, culture, and confidence — not just memorization.
Beyond teaching, I work as a freelance interpreter with major U.S. interpretation companies such as Languitica International, MasterWord Services, American Global, and Days Translations. My career has taken me around the world, interpreting in hospitals, courts, and corporate environments for diverse audiences.
