About Serim
Hi! I’m Serim, a native Korean speaker from Seoul. I love helping people learn Korean in a way that feels natural and useful in real life.
My lessons focus on how Koreans actually speak today — including trendy expressions, everyday phrases, and cultural nuances that you won’t usually find in textbooks. I can also tailor lessons to your specific situations, whether it’s traveling to Korea, talking with Korean friends, or understanding Korean dramas and K-culture.
As a native speaker, I can share the little language “insider tips” that locals naturally know but learners rarely get to learn. These small details can make your Korean sound much more natural and confident.
I studied Japanese and Media Communication in Seoul, and I’ve lived in Japan, Canada, and Australia. Because of these experiences, I understand the challenges of learning a new language and enjoy helping international learners feel comfortable using Korean.
I’ve often helped friends and people from different countries learn Korean, and I always try to make lessons fun, practical, and easy to use in real life.
