Hi, I'm a passionate piano tutor with over 14 years of teaching experience and a Bachelor of Music in Classical Piano. I offer personalized lessons that adapt to each student’s unique goals, whether you're just starting out or aiming for mastery. My approach blends strong foundations with creativity. I specialize in chord theory, ear training, improvisation, and performance skills to help students become confident, well-rounded musicians. Lessons are tailored to support your musical journey at any level—Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, or beyond. I’ve taught students across a wide range of styles including classical, jazz, pop, and more. My lessons are engaging, supportive, and designed to make learning fun yet focused. My teaching approach is designed to make piano learning inspiring, structured, and enjoyable for all levels. I begin by understanding each student’s goals, learning style, and pace. Whether you're a young beginner with great potential or an adult pursuing a lifelong dream, I tailor lessons to support your journey fully.
I focus on strong foundations in keyboard technique, hand coordination, and posture. Ear training is a core part of my sessions to help students recognize pitch, intervals, and harmony naturally. I also integrate music theory in a practical way so students understand what they play, not just how to play it.
Improvisation and sight-reading are included gradually, building confidence and fluency. I guide students through various styles like classical, jazz, soul, pop, and R\&B, helping them explore their musical identity. For those preparing for performances or exams, I offer stage presence coaching and repertoire development.
Above all, I create a friendly, motivating environment that encourages progress and passion. I help students stay consistent, enjoy their practice, and feel proud of their growth.
