I recently retired at age 39 from a very lucrative career and am living my best life by the beach in Southern California. I can show you how to have it all without burning out, while deepening your personal relationships, maintaining balance, taking care of yourself, staying healthy, happy, and thriving in all areas of your life.
I'm a Certified Wellness Coach and Senior Business Leader and Career Coach. I've worked with people in all phases of their Wellness and Career journeys for 15 years, helping them reach their personal and professional goals and transform their lives.
