Learn jazz guitar with Canada's "natural-born swinger with technique to burn" (Jack Bowers, All About Jazz)

I came across Mathieu as a professional jazz guitarist who is active on the Montréal jazz scene. He released an excellent album titled Recollectiing. After attending the album launch and listening to this terrific work, I reached out to him to study jazz guitar and to get some insights on his approach on various topics. It has been a real delight ! Mathieu gave me excellent shortcuts on certain harmonic challenges. His teaching style is very friendly and extremely practical. I plan on continuing to involve him in my musical journey. I highly recommend Mathieu as a jazz guitar instructor.
