About Rachel

Hi, I am a professional guitarist with 15 years of personal experience and 6 years of teaching experience. I have been playing this instrument since my childhood as I was very passionate about it. To me, music and guitar are not just about learning chords or techniques; it's the journey that you go through while achieving and learning new things. My goal is to help build confidence, stay motivated, and eventually play the songs you love with ease. Let's make music together.

About the lesson

My teaching approach focuses on making guitar learning simple, enjoyable, and accessible to everyone. I believe that learning music should be a fun and rewarding experience, not something that feels overwhelming. I adapt my teaching methods according to each student's interests, learning pace, and musical goals.

I usually structure my classes by starting with basics, including an introduction to music theory, holding techniques, tuning, and finger placements. As the student progresses, I introduce them to my level program I have built by myself, which consists of 12 levels and more, and in which once the student reaches level 6 or 7, he or she will become a good level intermediate player.

I focus on practicality more though, as a teacher it's my responsibility to simplify the learning as much as I can for my students and help them through the journey, guiding them through manageable steps, demonstrations, PDF practice sheets, and constructive feedback.

My goal is to help every student develop a strong foundation as my program is extremely beginner-friendly, build confidence, and eventually enjoy playing not just their favorite songs but everything they wish to play independently.

She is one of my closest friends and an absolute genius when it comes to music. We started jamming together in college, and she taught me so much throughout those years.
She is incredibly patient and excellent at teaching those who are truly eager to master string instruments. I have full confidence in her musical knowledge and her impeccable skills.
