About Mykaela
I have been playing guitar for over 10 years, and am now a professional musician and guitarist. I achieved a SACE merit in music in Year 12, with a 98.7 ATAR. I then received a scholarship to study at Berklee College of Music in Boston, USA, where I studied Music Production & Engineering, with guitar as my principle instrument. I teach both electric and acoustic guitar to beginners through to advanced players, and am able to teach any genre, although I specialise in fingerstyle guitar. I tailor my lessons to suit the requirements of each student, and will build a repertoire based on the musical tastes of each individual student. This ensures continued motivation and interest in learning/practicing the instrument, helping students reach their full potential.
