About Mihai Stefan
Who I Am and Why I Want to Teach My name is Stefan, and I am a passionate and dedicated teacher with several years of international experience. I hold a degree in German and Computer Science, and I am fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, and Romanian. Teaching has allowed me to connect with people from many cultures, and I truly value the opportunity to inspire growth through education. I want to teach because I believe that education changes lives. For me, teaching is not only about sharing knowledge, but also about helping students build confidence, discover their potential, and achieve their goals. Every learner has a unique story, and I see my role as a guide who supports them both academically and personally. What motivates me most is watching my students succeed — whether it’s improving their communication skills, integrating into a new country, advancing in their careers, or simply gaining the confidence to express themselves. My mission is to create an encouraging and engaging learning environment where students feel motivated, supported, and inspired to keep learning.

My Approach to Private Tutoring
My approach to tutoring is student-centered and adaptable. I start by identifying each learner’s goals, strengths, and challenges, then design lessons that match their needs and learning style.
