About Âbinaya
I have completed my Master of Philosophy in English with 79% being the topper of the class, with first class and distinction. I have done research on English Language Teaching, Testing in particular, which adds to my knowledge of teaching English to heterogeneous class of students. I have cleared my IELTS with band 8.5 which is the second highest. I have also qualified the UGC - NET for Assistant Professorship with a wonderful percentage under general category. I have also worked as an Assistant Professor with students from both urban and rural areas. I have been efficient in identifying their needs and delivering lessons in a skillful way that would motivate them to achieve their goals of language learning. I am currently a research scholar, soon to be a PhD holder. This background has helped me understand needs of students in a better way and to deal with them with the appropriate method. Students come back to me with success stories, remembering the motivation that I had given them and they still look up to me with awe and respect. That validates me as a good teacher who does justice to the profession.
