About Grace
You’re here because economics feels confusing, stressful, or downright impossible - and I get it. My first ever essay I scored 0 out of 25. But now I can say, I have been a young economist finalist (top 5 out of 3000 students), scored 96%, 94% and 91% in my A-level papers, became a runner-up in an investment competition called GAIN (top 2 out of 108 teams), received four offers from highly competitive finance degree apprenticeships - JP Morgan, EY, Arup and where I currently am - Standard Chartered bank working on the trading floor every day, alongside studying for an applied finance degree. I live the world of what I once studied. I had to figure out methods taking so much trial and error to turn confusion into mastery, pressure into performance and failure into fuel - I want to pass on what I’ve learnt. I want to make sure no student faces the same struggle I did when I began and can get straight to the most efficient exam techniques, coming from someone who is not naturally good at essay writing. I did not get the hang of economics straight away. If you’re ready to flip the script and master economics like you’ve never before, you’ve just found your tutor.
