I’m Nimoh, a native Swahili speaker from Kenya. I offer friendly, practical online Swahili lessons focused on real-life conversation and communication. Whether you are a complete beginner or already have some knowledge of Swahili, I’ll help you build your confidence step by step in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Karibu! I'm Peninah, a native Swahili speaker from Kenya, and I believe language is best learned by actually using it.
My lessons focus on conversational, practical Swahili that you can use in real-life situations. Rather than simply memorising lists of words, we'll practise speaking, pronunciation, useful expressions, everyday vocabulary and natural conversations.
I like to keep lessons relaxed, encouraging and interactive. We can build lessons around your personal goals ; whether you're preparing for a trip to East Africa, connecting with family and friends, doing business, working with Swahili-speaking communities, or simply wanting to learn a new language.
A typical lesson is 50–60 minutes, with plenty of opportunity for you to speak and practise. I'll adjust the pace and material according to your level and what you want to achieve.
I teach beginners through advanced learners, and lessons can be adapted for teenagers and adults. Beginners are especially welcome; you don't need to know any Swahili before we start!
I am new to online tutoring, so I'm building my teaching journey with care, patience and a genuine love for helping people connect through language.
