About Danielle
I am a dedicated double bassist and educator with an extensive performance and study background in Australia and the United States. My experience spans solo and orchestral performance, giving me a well-rounded understanding of both technical precision and musical expression. I am passionate about helping students build strong foundations, develop confidence and cultivate their own artistic voice in a supportive and focused learning environment.

My teaching approach is student-focused and tailored to each individual’s goals, technical level and musical interests. I draw on a diverse training background, including extensive study in Melbourne, Australia and the United States, and am strongly influenced by the Rabbath Method. With foundations in solo performance and orchestral technique, I help students develop refined sound production, secure intonation, bow control and confident musical expression across both solo and ensemble repertoire.
