About MG
Hello! My name is Marvin Alonso, and I am a lifelong student and teacher of the Western Esoteric Tradition. My studies include Hermetic Kabbalah, Tarot, Western and Arabic Astrology, Alchemy, Comparative Mythology, Jungian Psychology, symbolism, and the works of influential esoteric thinkers such as Aleister Crowley and other Hermetic authors. I am particularly interested in the connections between symbolic systems, human psychology, mythological structures, and spiritual development. My goal is to help students approach these subjects with both intellectual rigor and personal insight, building a solid foundation while developing their own understanding of the esoteric arts. I offer a respectful, structured, and engaging learning environment where curiosity, study, and exploration are encouraged.

My lessons explore the theory and practice of the Western Esoteric Tradition through a structured and intellectually grounded approach. Students will study the foundations of ceremonial magic, Hermetic Kabbalah, Tarot, Western Astrology, Alchemy, symbolism, mythology, and the development of esoteric thought from antiquity to modern times. We examine archetypes, correspondences, ritual structures, symbolic systems, and philosophical principles that have shaped the Western magical tradition. Lessons encourage critical thinking, historical understanding, and personal exploration while providing students with practical tools for interpreting and working with these rich symbolic systems. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced student, each lesson is adapted to your interests and level of experience
