About Courtney
I’m a writer, former University of Virginia professor, and certified neurodivergent coach who loves helping people recognize their strengths and build confidence. My background includes teaching business communication to professionals from companies like Deloitte, EY, and Kyocera, along with years of writing for businesses and organizations.
As a neurodivergent coach and instructor, I take a supportive, practical approach to learning. I want my students to feel comfortable asking questions, trying new things, and learning in a way that works for them. Whether you’re building professional communication skills, improving your writing, or working toward a career goal, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward.

I’m a former professor with over a decade of experience teaching business communication, professional English, and workplace skills. I’ve worked with professionals and corporate employees from organizations including Deloitte, EY, and Kyocera, helping them strengthen their communication, writing, presentations, and confidence in professional settings.
As a certified neurodivergent coach, I also understand that people learn differently. My lessons are practical, personalized, and focused on your goals, whether you want to improve your business English, prepare for interviews, communicate more confidently at work, or advance your career. I want you to leave each lesson with skills you can put to use immediately.
