About Dudi
My name is Dudi Ross.
I have been involved with music since the age of 3 or earlier, building guitars out of elastic bands and Knex before eventually progressing to teach myself multiple instruments by my teens - music was my first internal language and still remains so.
I am grateful to have studied music professionally at the Mizmor School of Jazz, and have also learned from multiple musical masters since then.
I have been working as a guitarist and music producer in multiple capacities - am the former co-producer of the award winning Tzamah Project, as well as first receiving requests to teach students since I was 16.
I have taught students as young as 7 as well as adults and I tailor my communications and the subject material to the student.
My teaching and material is informed by my many years and experience inside the music world, and the masters I have been privileged to learn from.
My passion for teaching music is based on helping you discover and develop the best version of your musical self, whatever that may be, whilst working on developing expertise on the instrument.

I have a unique approach to the physicality, mentality and spirituality of musicianship, born of my over 15 years of playing, producing and teaching music, apart from studying under other guitar masters.
Physicality/ technique - we use the human body's own natural movements to find the smoothest and softest technique for the instrument, achieving a harmony of action and intention so your playing will begin to feel like the instrument is an extension of yourself.
Mentality - we study the music theory concepts in digestible chunks tailor-made for your level, and then break them into pieces that are easy enough to practice and improve at a rapid pace, whilst never loosing sight of the overall picture.
Spirituality - Music is an internal language of our Higher Selves, and good improvisation and honest musical creativity requires a connection to those deeper places to produce musicality and depth. We work on connecting our playing to the deeper places inside us to bring out your inner light through the instrument, one step at a time
