I served as a Cavalry Scout at Fort Campbell and continue to proudly serve as a Reservist with the XVIII Airborne Corps. My military experience has taught me discipline, resilience, and leadership—qualities I bring into every tutoring session. Alongside my service, I am pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice, which reflects my commitment to education, growth, and problem-solving both in and out of the classroom. As your tutor, I combine this unique background with a passion for mathematics to create a supportive, professional, and structured learning environment. A Typical Lesson Plan
Each lesson begins with a quick review of the previous topic to solidify retention. From there, we establish a clear objective—whether mastering quadratic equations in Algebra or tackling derivatives in Calculus. I introduce the concept through explanation and examples, then guide students through practice problems with increasing difficulty. The session ends with a short recap, key takeaways, and an assignment tailored to the student’s goals. My lesson flow emphasizes both mastery and progress tracking.
