About Diego
I'm a Certified Ontological Coach with a background in Customer Experience, Learning & Development, Operations and Talent Development.
I've led teams and individuals, designed training programs and coached leaders through real moments of change, not theoretical ones.
My work brings together two worlds that rarely meet well: the depth of ontological coaching and the practical demands of leading people and results.
I don't use generic "effective leadership" formulas or one-day motivational sessions, I work with how a leader observes their team, interprets conflict and decides where to act from, because that is where leadership style is truly shaped, not in the theory you read.
I work with managers, team leaders and professionals stepping into roles with greater responsibility, helping them develop conscious communication, emotional awareness and decisions that are consistent with the leader they want to become.
Because leading isn't about having all the answers, it's about asking the right questions, at the right time, with the right person.

How a session works?
Every session is tailored to you, but we usually follow this path:
- We define the real leadership challenge you're facing.
- We explore how you're interpreting it and what emotion you're acting from.
- We identify the communication or behavior patterns that limit you today.
- We design new ways of acting, more aligned with the leader you want to be.
- We close with concrete commitments you can apply with your team or in your context.
I work from three core dimensions of ontological coaching:

𖣂 Emotion (what you lead from: fear, pressure or confidence)
𖣂 Body (the presence you bring in front of your team)

Each session lasts 45 to 60 minutes and focuses on concrete leadership and communication challenges, combining ontological coaching with hands-on experience managing teams.
If you feel your communication with your team isn't working the way it should, if you avoid difficult conversations, or if your leadership style never quite feels like your own, this space is designed to help you see what's happening and change it.
The first session is free and exploratory. We get to know each other, you define the leadership challenge you want to work on, I explain my methodology, and you experience firsthand what a session with me feels like before committing to a process.
For those who want to sustain their development over time, I offer session packs:
𖣂 Rune Pack: 1 session, 55 CAD
𖣂 Saga Pack: 5 sessions, 250 CAD
𖣂 Ascent Pack: 10 sessions, 450 CAD
A multi-session process allows for deeper work on communication and leadership patterns, and helps you make lasting changes. That is why the Saga and Ascent packs are the most popular choice among managers and team leaders.
Sessions take place online (Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and others), at the same hourly rate, so you can work comfortably from anywhere.
