About Clayton
I became a leader early in my career, and initially, I struggled. I tried to be someone I wasn’t, made mistakes, and lacked trust in my team. Then I met my mentor and she helped me transform my approach. Over time, I successfully led large teams in both established businesses and start-ups globally. I realised that success wasn't about complicated strategies—it was about mastering the basics. In my lessons, I share these simple yet powerful techniques to help emerging leaders build trust, delegate effectively, and lead high-performing teams.

With 17 years of leadership experience across multi-layered teams, I tailor my approach to help each leader overcome challenges and reach their potential.
