About Raíssa
The classes, as a rule, are expository and structured by topics. I base my classes not only on what is determined by law, but also on the updated jurisprudence on the subject and on the doctrinal positioning, whether minority or majority. I always make my e-mail available to answer questions and talk to students, discuss topics for articles and theses. I also provide assistance in orienting monographs, articles and theses, indicating bibliographies, jurisprudence and articles on the desired topic. In addition, I assist in the development of defenses for the Jury Tribunal and oral arguments for the Courts and Higher Instances, preparing the student to carry out this different type of Defense, which requires certain guidelines.

Lawyer and professor specialized in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure. I carry out Defenses in the Plenary of the Jury Court and Oral Appeals before the Court of Justice and other Higher Instances. I work as a university professor in several branches of law, in particular: consumer, environmental, social security and financial, areas that I have several refresher courses and I work directly. I currently have eleven works published in the areas of Law. I have experience in criminal analysis, intelligent allocation of public resources and optimization of the public budget.
