I believe that understanding is more important than rote learning. The structure of my classes will follow this principle. We shall first discuss the expected outcome of the class, followed by explanation of key concepts in understandable language. Then, we will look at the texts and end the class with a quiz or other learning games to properly assimilate what we learnt.
