I have a positive attitude towards my student's future. I engage students with humor, creative lessons and a strong classroom presence. I treat each student as an individual, by being empathetic and understanding to what may be going on in their lives. Apart from this, I'm bring my own learning into this real world. Moreover I communicate with students at the beginning of the year about how a perticular subject is applies to their favorite hobbies, sports and future careers, My students were able to approach the subject in a more enjoyable way that better supported their learning.
