About Michele
Over 20 years of experience in Self Defence and Krav Maga in Europe and the Middle East.
I am based in South Kensington and am available in Chelsea, South Kensington, Belgravia and Notting Hill.
Each Group Class has max 10 attendees and they are combined at the same level.
Classes are outdoors in a private garden.
I provide seminars on specific subjects that can be organised for private groups of up to 20 people (on request).

The first lesson is free of charge, so everyone can access it if it is what they are looking for.
Each Group Class lasts 60 minutes, including 5 minutes of athletic warm-up, 10 minutes of pads, and 45 minutes of techniques.
Classes are outdoors in a private park (5 minutes from South Kensington Station) and include conditioning during practice, fighting under stress, breathwork, speed, and power.
You will learn how to defend yourself, rest calmly, don't panic and be effective and efficient!
Everyone is welcome! Repetition is the key.
Results after the first session.
Techniques are vicious, effective and straightforward built for real street attacks!

Classes are outdoors in St. Luke's Gardens or a private park near South Kensington Station.
Additional cost for commuting depending on time/distance.
The first session is £40/person, then 50£/person.
